  • Secure door code for access will be sent 2 days before arrival. This code gives access to the front door smart lock and the elevator door on the driveway.
  • Upon booking confirmation, a digital guidebook with property information and amenity instructions will be provided.
  • Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.

Property Access

  • Guests have access to the entire property, including both the front door and elevator entry via secure door code sent prior to arrival.

Policies and Rules

  • Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
  • No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
  • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
  • Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 2 dogs.
  • Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Maximum 6 vehicles. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
  • Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
  • BBQ grill must be operated by responsible adults only.
  • No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
  • Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
  • Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet fee: $200 per pet, per stay. Additional cleaning fee of $200 may apply for other pet waste (urine/feces). Max 2 dogs.
  • Additional pet fees (plus tax) are processed through the guest portal after reservation confirmation. Inform in advance if traveling with a pet.
  • Pool heating: $125 per day (plus tax), booked and paid for the duration of stay, requires a minimum 5-day notice prior to arrival. Pool heater is most effective when ambient temperature is above 55°F (not Celsius).
  • Hot tub use is included in nightly rate; no additional charge. Hot tub will be activated prior to arrival.

Parking Information

  • Park only in designated garage or driveway spaces. Street parking is not permitted. Max 6 vehicles. Do not block neighbors’ homes or driveways.
